The ideal crawlspace would have both drainage and encapsulation. This customer did just that. They installed a drain tile perimeter to flush water to a sump pump, and also a vapor barrier (CleanSpace) to control moisture and humidity levels.
This giant crawlspace had quite the transformation with CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, an AprilAire Dehumidifier, and a New Everlast Entryway.
