Upon receiving Mary's call for help, Design Specialist, Damon Cheatham was scheduled to do a thorough inspection of her basement. When he arrived, they greeted each other with a smile and the work began. He recommended that a new drainage system be installed to prevent any more leaking. This drainage system would be under the concrete, so it wouldn't be noticeable. It runs straight to the new TripleSafe sump pump that was also installed. Lastly, they installed a CleanSpace wall barrier that acts as a barrier to keep mold and moisture out of the basement.
