They staked a thick plastic material called CleanSpace throughout our extensive crawl space, extensively and thoroughly cleaned all the floor beams and treated them with mold preventer and supplied us with a 25 year warranty (requires yearly inspection). As we were doing this for a home we were preparing to sell, it was nice to be able to have a 25 year transferable warranty for the new owners. A-One Operation from start to finish. Donnie gave us an estimate that was right on -- he explained every step that would be done and exactly how it would be done.  The crew that arrived to do the work were diligent, friendly, mindful of the house and extremely professional and knowledgable. We have subsequently moved to a new home and I will be having them out in the near future to do the same thing to it. I highly recommend them.

I was looking to have some mold remediation done. They came out to do an estimate. I was very impressed with how professional they were. They sent a letter a few days later that really impressed me. Healthy Spaces completed Light mold remediation, improved crawl space drainage with sump pump, and replaced vapor barrier.   The new sump pump is working and standing water in the crawl space has not been an issue since. Even though there was a seven week lead time from the contract signing, work on the project was executed quickly in little under two days. In general, they were helpful and responsive to questions about the proposed work, and we would recommend working with them again.

April 25, 2008   When my husband and I purchased our home we were told the basement had a potential of getting wet. The truth is we could have added fish and charged admission as a fishing hole. I have always heard of companies offering a guarantee of waterproofing your home, but to find out they only guaranteed their work, not that your basement would be free of water. I knew we had to do something I saw the advertisement on television for CleanSpace/swat Pest. I knew the reputation of Swat Pest and their work so we decided to talk with them about our basement and crawl spaces. CleanSpace/Swat Pest walked us through the procedure, what to expect and the cost. We watched them work, as they guided us through what they were going to do next.   We have had some of the worst periods of rain since we have had this done to our home, and "NO WATER IN OUR BASEMENT OR CRAWL SPACES".   This has made me a very happy person and believe me, my husband is delighted not to have to listen to me complain about the basement anymore.   We cannot say enough about this company. This was the first time I have gone under my home and felt uncomfortable, after getting bitten by a brown recluse! After the installation, I even went in and rolled around a bit to test out the CleanSpace. The crew was amazing! Thank you so much.

It has only been six months since we had our crawl space encapsulated and already we have seen positive results. Our crawl space was always damp, even during the dry season. Now it is dry and stays dry even during monsoons. We had a problem with crickets, water bugs and other insect pests. SWAT eliminated them and sealed the area so they couldn't come back. My wife and daughter have allergies. Since the encapsulation, they do not suffer so much from them. My daughter would wake with nosebleeds, but, not once since Steve Phillips and his team installed the CleanSpace system, has she had that problem. The thing I like best about it is warm feet in the winter. Since it is an enclosed space, warm air that would have normally been lost to the outside now stays trapped under the floor, keeping my feet comfortable. Saving so much in heating and A/C costs, the system should pay for itself in no time at all. Also, I cannot speak highly enough about Steve and his crew. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. They put quality and pride into their work and stand behind their products and services with the most advanced science of the day.

Thank You Swat Pest/Healthy Spaces for turning my basement crawlspaces from a wet moldy place to clean and dry areas. With the encapsulating of the crawlspaces and adding the super duper dehumidifier my home now smells nice and is much healthier. Damon, Donnie, Steven, Eric and pest technician, you guys are awesome. Whenever I called with a concern or problem - you guys are there! I just moved to Evansville and purchased an old house that had more issues than I bargained for.  I'm not sure what I would have done without Healthy Spaces/Swat Pest.  Steven and Eric, I appreciate your taking such good care of me and all your hard work!
