He met with design specialist Fred Romane, who suggested a full perimeter sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The large basement is now very dry, even the sunken living room.

A PowerBrace system was then installed to permanently stabilize the foundation. The unique tightening feature also allows for the wall to be straightened over time to increase the appearance of the walls.
