Ben and Linda were having issues with water seeping in their basement, posing threat to their personal belongings. They quickly reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems for guidance. Cole inspected their situation and offered them a waterproofing system that would protect their belongings. CleanSpace was placed along the walls to help reduce moisture levels, while redirecting moisture and helping prevent mold growth. WaterGuard was installed along the wall and floor joint to collect the seeping water from the walls and floor, redirecting the water to the TripleSafe sump. Once the water enters the sump, it is properly disposed out of the basement. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed to help maintain controlled levels of moisture and humidity, aiding in the prevention of mold growth.

In Sterling, IL, homeowners had a full perimeter WaterGuard system installed with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and a few other patented waterproofing products. The final stage involved installing EverLast Wall Restoration panels where the damaged dry wall panels were removed, giving the basement a new, finished look. The restoration is beautiful!
