Corey has lived in his home for the last ten years. For the last three years he has dealt with water issues in his basement. The water in his home has the potential to cause mold. Corey wanted to make sure that the work could get done as soon as possible. Corey had a full perimeter WaterGuard system and a TripleSafe sump pump installed in his home.

He had a full perimeter waterproofing system installed in his home along with a TripleSafe sump pump. The waterproofing system is a WaterGuard system that is placed around the perimeter of the home. WaterGusrd works like a channeling system and guides the water out of the home. The TripleSafe sump pump is a three pump system that comes with a battery back up and WaterWatch alarm. The battery back up is used in case of power loss and the WaterWatch alarm will sound in the case that the pump takes on to much water. 

Jeff didn’t mind rain, unless there were large amounts of rainfall. His sump pump worked fine, but during large amounts, his basement seemed to still become wet in some areas. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his pump looked at. He was offered a WaterGuard system to help prevent water from surfacing during heavy rainfalls. Water collects in WaterGuard and is than redirected to the sump pump where it is properly discharged out of his basement. Thanks to the additional help of WaterGuard, no amount of rain bothers Jeff.

The homeowners of this basement in Morrison wanted to both waterproof their space and make it more comfortable. The team installed a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system to drain wall leaks to the sump pump and ThermalDry Basement Radiant Wall Barrier to reflect heat into the basement. Now the homeowners have a warmer and dryer basement!
