The homeowner of this home in Abingdon reached out to the MidAmerica Basement Systems Team in regards to his failing perimeter drainage system. The team went out and replace the system with our patented WaterGuard drainage system. The homeowner now has an efficient system to help keep his basement dry!

Cathy has always been a loyal customer when it comes to her basement waterproofing concerns. She has always had MidAmerica Basement Systems help with her basement concerns, and lately she has been having issues with extra moisture in her basement. She reached out in hopes they could figure out her issue and properly address it. During inspection it was noted that small amounts of water was seeping in through the walls and floor joints and offered her CleanSpace Wall and WaterGuard. CleanSpace acts as a vapor barrier helping reduce the moisture levels. WaterGuard helps collect the seeping water and redirect it to the sump pump, stopping the water from surfacing. Cathy continues to have a dry basement thanks to many, many years of help from MidAmerica Basement Systems.

The team waterproofed the basement by installing WaterGuard and a SuperSump Pump. The team installed CarbonArmor to permanently stabilize the bowing walls.
