This customer had sunken concrete. Our team at Midwest visited the property and determined the best solution would to use PolyLevel to lift, level, and fill the voids in the soil beneath the slab. And then use NexusPro to seal any cracks and joints.
The customer was happy with the results and glad that there is now no more tripping hazards!
When this homeowner experienced a sinking concrete patio, they called us here at Midwest to step in with an effective solution. We used PolyLevel foam to lift and level the slab while filling voids in the soil underneath.
PolyLevel foam is an innovative technology that expands to lift and support slabs without adding extra weight to the soil. It is waterproof, preventing washout or drying like traditional methods. Additionally, PolyLevel is environmentally friendly and compacts the soil, ensuring long-lasting stability.
With the PolyLevel concrete leveling system, their patio will not only look great but also function well for years. We also provide a five-year warranty for added assurance.
This homeowner is starting to get a little older and was worried about the trip hazards that were in her walkway and driveway. She had seen the ads for Midwest on her TV and decided to give us a call. System Design Specialist, Elliot Christians, came out to meet with her. He did his full thorough inspection, and found there was washout of soil under the concrete that was causing the concrete to settle. He came back to the homeowner with these findings and a solution. Together, they decided the best solution for her concerns would be to use our 2 Part Concrete Protection System. This consists of Polylevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is used to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete, and NexusPro is used to seal the joints and cracks. Both of these products are also waterproof, so it will help prevent any washout in the future! Check out the before and after of this project. We know this homeowner does not have to worry any longer and has the peace of mind she needed!
This homeowner was upset because his driveway slap had sunken 2-3 inches even after it had been mudjacked in the past. The longer this problem was, the harder it was to drive in and out of his driveway. Frustrated by this problem, he decided to give us a call and see what solutions we could offer.
We sent System Design Specialist Nick Wessling to inspect the concrete and find the root cause of the sinking problem. Nick found that the soil underneath the concrete was eroding because a poorly designed downspout was directing rainwater under the concrete. After discussing this problem with the homeowner, the homeowner was impressed that Nick found the root cause of the issue, and he wanted to move forward using Midwest to solve his problem. Our team installed buried downspouts leading away from the concrete to prevent any further damage, then they used PolyLevel foam to lift the driveway slab back to its original position.
The homeowner was happy that the root cause of the problem had been solved. Check out his leveled driveway!
This homeowner made an appointment for us for annual maintenance because his concrete started developing a new crack on the back patio. We sent Service Technician Austin Dermody to fix the concrete cracks and prevent it from happening again. Austin saw that there was large equipment used to install the homeowner's new roof, so the cracks were likely caused by this. Austin used NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair to seal the crack. Without sending a crew, Austin solved this homeowner's problem while the annual maintenance appointment was happening. The homeowner was very happy with the solution and how Austin was able to fix it same day. Check out the concrete repair!
