Jesse was very easy to understand, breaking things down into language I could understand and comprehend. He explained to me a great design and everything looks the way that he had explained it would, I am pleased with this.  The office staff were very easy to work with over the phone. Mike and Roberto did, to my untrained eye, an excellent job of repairing a basement wall and covering it with white plastic! Also, they installed an air conditioner system and it worked. Very clean and tidy!

The old pump was a disaster during the last big rain.  Midwest Foundation Repair had waterproofed our basement, but we decided to keep our old pump when we should have purchased the new one then and there.  The new sump pump is great and it qualified us for the City of Des Moines rebate program.
