This home in Richmond, Kentucky had a leaky crawlspace that was resulting in mold and loss of energy. In order to combat this, the customer commissioned a large project consisting of a lot of our products. First, to encapsulate the crawlspace we installed CleanSpace, SilverGlo, and vent covers. Next, to waterproof the crawlspace we installed a SmartSump, a SaniDry Sedona, and a LawnScape Outlet. These products will keep this customers crawlspace healthy indefinitely. 

This home was in need of the usual crawl space encapsulation with some extra additions on top. CleanSpace matting and drainage was installed on the floor, with SilverGlo insulation on the walls. We also installed a SmartPump sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona, a vent cover, and an Everlast crawl space door. This crawl space will look, and work very exceptionally for the future. 

This homes crawl space was old and wet. The best way to wick out moisture was to encapsulate the walls and floor with CleanSpace matting and to install a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, as well as a SuperPump sump pump.
