For this customer, we had to demo some of the wall in order to install a WaterGuard interior drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump, which is our 3-pump system. A customer in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts was experiencing a problem with water getting into her basement through a crack in the basement wall.
We installed a TripleSafe sump pump system for her to pump the water out as soon as it entered the basement. Along with the TripleSafe, we also installed a Landscape Outlet, Dry Track, and an IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge line system.
