There was a basement window in Pembroke, MA that experienced some damage from the outside environment. To provide protection and a way to reflect natural sunlight into the basement, we installed a SunHouse basement window enclosure system!

A customer in Pembroke, MA had a window well that occasionally fills up with water during each rain storm. This caused the water to seep through the window and into the basement, forming a small puddle. We wanted to make sure his window well was protected from the harsh environment outside so that his basement can stay as healthy as possible. Our solution to this issue was a SunHouse basement window enclosure system! Coming with a see through barrier that will reflect natural sunlight into the basement and prevent water and weeds to pass through. 

A very common concern we hear is about fieldstone foundations in basements, like this one in Cohasset, MA. The stone and concrete combination usually has a hard time holding up against water so those problems are not uncommon in fieldstone basements. Our solution for those leaking walls is Waterguard around the perimeter with CleanSpace on the walls.
