A homeowner from North Scituate, RI reached out to us about an issue with his basement. The sump pump he had at the time wasn't good enough to discharge water fast enough and eventually failed. Our production crew came to save the day by installing a TripleSafe sump pump. This gives this homeowner a much more reliable sump pump that will discharge water during heavy rainfalls and power outages due to the built-in backup electrical pump!
There was a homeowner in Burrillville, RI that wanted a free estimate on a waterproofing system. He had no drainage system or a sump pump, so his basement was in danger of possibly getting flooded or having puddles of water sit around. We at DryZoneBasement Systems won't let that happen! Our production team installed a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard interior drainage system. So the water will fall right into the WaterGuard, then it'll flow towards the TripleSafe to be discharged away from the premises. Now that this system is installed, the homeowner felt much better about his basement health.
A customer from Oakland, RI was constantly seeing surface water building up in his basement, and it was getting irritating for him! The bottom of basement stairways tends to be a spot for water to puddle up around, so our production crew installed a TrenchDrain system right at the doorway entrance to collect any seepage. Basement drains help avoid issues such as puddles, moisture and water damage, so it never hurts to have one installed by us!
When this homeowner from Burrillville, RI called us for a waterproofing plan, he made note that the constant water seepage on his wall was getting annoying. To take preventative measures to make sure this basement stays dry, we placed CleanSpace on the wall to help direct water seepage down into the WaterGuard interior drainage channel that runs along the inside perimeter of this basement. From there, the water gets discharged by the TripleSafe sump pump we also installed. It's important to have a proper drainage system, because if it's installed wrong, water can get backed up into your basement! It's always best to go with professionals like us to keep your basement dry all year long!
A homeowner contacted us due to having a small crack in his basement wall which was letting a small amount of water through. Our team used FlexiSpan to seal the crack and prevent it from leaking again in the future.
Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor.
