We used our three-part system, FlexiSpan, to repair this wall crack in a Lancaster, MA basement. The crack was leaking and now we have permanently sealed it- our system will not fail due to hydrostatic pressure or other movement in the foundation, nor from shifting in the crack itself. We did a full crawlspace and basement encapsulation in this North Kingstown, RI property. This included replacing the existing sump pump with a TripleSafe sump pump system (with a closed lid) and a SaniDryXP that is ducted into the crawlspace to eliminate moisture from both areas beneath the home.
