A customer from Cumberland, RI kept observing water seeping through the walls of his basement. The floor was always wet which caused some mold growth. To put a halt to this madness, our team planned and installed a complete waterproofing system! We lined the interior walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep out the moisture and integrated a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system with a TripleSafe sump pump. Together, water will be collected and pumped out of this basement to keep it dry. Now, this basement will stay in a dry state for many years to come!
When this basement in Cumberland, RI took in almost a foot of water during storms in 2024, our homeowner knew something more had to be done. Their finished basement had been ruined from the flooding, and before they reinvested any kind of funds into refinishing - it made sense to protect that future investment by installing a waterproofing system that would stand up to the test. With a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system and our SuperSump Plus pump system - they are ready to ACE that test!
This Newport, RI basement was dealing with some water seeping in through cracks in the wall that would get worse when it rained. With electrical nearby and knowing the effects moisture would have in the space, a solution was needed and soon. We were able to offer our FlexiSpan crack repair system that would seal the crack using a flexible polyurethane polymer, creating long-lasting protection in the basement. We could even install the FlexiSpan around obstacles, such as their pipes and electrical, for security every and anywhere!
Here, if you look at where the rocks are, you will see that we achieved a four inch lift on this foundation in Newport, MA.
This old sump pump in Newport, RI was just not strong enough to keep up with the water coming into this basement, it needed an upgrade! Our TripleSafe has three pumps in the liner so that there are multiple layers of backup to prevent flooding. Also our liners are capped, open liners can create odors and splash back onto the floor, both which is usually what homeowners are trying to avoid!
