This homeowner in Riverside, RI decided to give us a call about his basement. He wanted a sump pump because his basement started to form puddles which caused humidity. Luckily, our crew was able to install a TripleSafe sump pump at the lowest part of the basement which contains a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup electrical pump incase of a power outage! 

When this customer from Holliston, MA called our appointment center, he said his basement was filled with puddles from all the water seeping in after each rainstorm. His existing pump was not performing to the best of it's ability. Moments like these are when our TripleSafe sump pump comes in handy! With more pumping power, this house will be safe from potential floods! 

This homeowner had contacted DryZone about 4 years ago for a free written estimate and inspection on how to properly waterproof their unfinished basement; at the time of that inspection, they were not fully ready to move forward with our recommendations. But they saved our number and the information they received from us and followed up with us this year to update the proposal and see how we could address their continued water issues.

It was our inspector Dave's professional opinion that this basement with it's configuration, would benefit from having two pumping stations set up. The homeowner ultimately agreed and trusted our professional opinion, and moved forward with the installation of both a SuperSump Plus and a TripleSafe sump pump system, and the installation of both WaterGuard and TrenchDrain drainage systems to capture other water that was coming up through the wall/floor joints. This basement is ready to take on the next rainstorm, without a doubt!

The SuperSump is installed in the low spot of this house in Franklin, MA! It will be able to pump out all water collected.
