A homeowner from Tiverton, RI called us looking for a drainage system to connect to his sump pump. He has a decent waterproofing system, but felt like our WaterGuard would complete the basement. Our production crew jackhammered the inside perimeter, placed the WaterGuard in then covered it with concrete.
Winter isn’t going to stop us from installing jobs like this one in Dover, MA! Since we do interior work, we can install our systems all year long. For the discharge we lay it out while the ground is frozen and once it thaws, we can return to bury it! This discharge was buried just in time for the owners to start their plans of planting new grass!
A homeowner in Dover, MA was at risk of water intrusion after she noticed water seeping through a wall crack that looked concerning enough to call a waterproofing company! The crack was easily fixed by one of our service technicians after he performed a FlexiSpan wall crack repair on the area. With this, he placed multiple layers of protection, including flexible polyurethane that moves with the crack, to seal the deal. And any water that does seep through will be channeled down to the dry well for proper drainage! Now, this wall crack won't cause any future issues for this homeowner!
This customer from Wellesley, MA wanted to have a vapor barrier installed onto her basement walls because pf how humid it felt down there. During rain season in the spring, it can get very humid at times, and that can translate into the basement. When moisture is constantly seeping through the walls, it can build up and cause mold growth. To prevent this, we lined up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, which is our thick, polyethylene material that keeps moisture out!
The home owner in Walpole, Massachusetts decided it was time to address the basement water issue. He contacted DryZone Basement Systems and got the basement inspected by a professional.
