We owned our home for 30 years and never had a water problem. After rains this spring we found a few puddles of water in our basement. We called Dryzone we got an appointment. Joe came out and surveyed our basement, which now had over an inch of water in it, he explained what they could do for us and showed us a video. We loved the fact that after the work was complete we have peace of mind that our basement will never have water again. And if we sell the house we can transfer over the guarantee from Dryzone Basement to the new owners.....doesn't get better than that! Recently, I was faced with the unfortunate situation of having to sell my parents vacant home in Providence due to the passing of my Dad on Xmas Eve. While they were the original owners of the 1965 ranch home where I grew up, the foundation had shifted, cracked the foundation and split the basement floor. Finally, and thanks to you, there is a solution to the basement moisture problem that I experienced in past years. The thermal tiles with which you provided me have ameliorated any such concerns because of their one half inch unique plastic construction: as such, mold and mildew will never be a future issue in my basement. The integrity, confidence, and competence that you displayed about basement moisture resolution are exemplary attributes for you to possess as the owner of a service industry. Most importantly throughout the entire process, you were nothing short of very polite, professional, and helpful. Before I conclude, I would like to add that your encouragement about painting the tiles was also reassuring because they are able to be used and displayed as more than just a sub floor: they can double as finished flooring by painting them with decorative colors.  Again, I would like to thank you for the painting suggestion because of my reluctance to lay down carpeting because of allergy and pet concerns. Your quote was less than the competitor, the sales person was very nice and the work was completed according to plan. The work done is very good, no leak with the heavy rains that came the following day and the basement is dry.

Pat Cahill was fantastic. Easy to work with. Tom Adams, the project manager, and Eddy Castaneda (subcontractor) were great. Very professional. Your literature gave me the impression you were truly experts in this field. Your reviews online were outstanding.I forgot to mention the young men who did the initial work of installing the drain, the sump pump, and putting up the white fabric liner on the walls. They also did an exceptional job and were very professional and courteous.  It was pouring rain that day, and they had to mix the cement in the rain and haul buckets in and out of the basement!  They never complained and cleaned up very well when they left.  I'm sorry I didn't submit my review on them I forgot to mention the young men who did the initial work of installing the drain, the sump pump, and putting up the white fabric liner on the walls.  They also did an exceptional job and were very professional and courteous.  It was pouring rain that day, and they had to mix the cement in the rain and haul buckets in and out of the basement!  They never complained and cleaned up very well when they left.  I'm sorry I didn't submit my review on them promptly because I later saw that there was a monthly recognition program.  So please make sure they get some type of kudos for their hard work.
