The install was pretty easy, but we got some great advice from the installer. The dehumidifier itself is top of the line.  I read many reviews on line before ordering thru DryZone. This one is set at 55% humidity and will shut off once it gets to that setting. Unlike store bought ones that will run all the time.  Had it for one day.. and all ready can feel a difference in the basement.  

We have an old house (1926) and the main beam had some structural issues.  The SmartJacks were installed to help the main beam in 2 areas.   It was about 3-4 hour project and all went well.  The owner of the company came out for this job and took the time to explain what the jacks were doing and what to look for.  I would highly recommend for any basement issues, most of structural issues. Your men installed my sump, wall system and trench drain. Your work was top shelf, it looks every bit as good as the photos in your brochure. Your men left my house cleaner than it was when they began!

We had many people come in and give us quotes on how to fix our basement problem. Dry Zone came in on time and were extremely professional taping off the finished areas of the house so that there was no mess from dust. Before they left, they explained completely how everything worked and what to do if for any reason the alarm on the pump went off. Then after the crew left, the original person who came to the house and gave the quote came by later in the day to inspect the work and make sure that we had no questions. Would definitely recommend!
