Amanda previously worked in food service, retail, and graphic design before joining Ayers. Her journey began when she experienced moisture issues in her home and was impressed by Ayers' service. Encouraged by her husband, who had already joined the company, she decided to explore customer service opportunities herself.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, camping, traveling, and biking with her family. She lives in Dimondale, MI, with her husband, daughter, cat, and dog.
