“I love taking the time to understand my customers' goals for their homes and finding solutions that make a real difference in their lives. Helping them improve their homes is incredibly rewarding.”
Matt and his wife trusted Ayers to level the sloping floor in their farmhouse kitchen, an issue that used to cause a ball to roll to the same corner every time. Impressed by Ayers’ reputation and team of experts, Matt chose to join the company because of its commitment to learning and mastery. Before coming to Ayers, Matt worked in residential construction, repaired railroad bridges, studied wildlife management, and worked for the DNR.
Matt grew up on a farm in Ithaca, Michigan, and although he no longer farms, he enjoys making maple syrup, gardening, and growing sunflowers. He also keeps chickens and bees at his farmhouse in Elsie, where he lives with his wife and four cats.
