Bradley joined the Ayers team in 2020 after studying business management at LCC and gaining years of retail management experience. He applies this background to create custom solutions, drawing on extensive waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair training.

Bradley lives in Delta Township, MI, with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys fishing, martial arts, and exploring new culinary experiences. He believes in providing support and effective solutions to make the process easier for homeowners dealing with challenging issues.
