Before joining the Ayers team in 2022, Richard worked in retail sales and customer service. He utilizes this background to help customers find peace of mind with permanent solutions to their home’s basement and foundation problems.

Richard lives in Cadillac, Michigan, with his wife, four children, and a dog. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and is an avid collector of various items, from vinyl records to shoes.
