Before joining Ayers, Jordan spent five years as an elementary school teacher and coach and four years in medical device sales. His passion for helping people and commitment to integrity drew him to Ayers, where he finds fulfillment in making a positive difference in families' homes.

Originally from New Carlisle, Indiana, Jordan resides in LaPorte with his wife and their two rescue dogs, Winnie and Sophie. In his free time, he enjoys walking the dogs, playing golf, softball, pickleball, and watching sports.
