Before joining Ayers, Morgan worked as a recruiter for a staffing company, as a tech Implementation Specialist, and as a Workforce Development Program Manager at a nonprofit in health IT. This diverse experience has given Morgan a unique perspective on creating meaningful connections and ensuring smooth operations.

Morgan lives in Portland, MI, and enjoys golfing, bowling, and spending time outdoors with her dog Ruby. When not working, Morgan loves being active and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
