Before joining Ayers, Ayinde worked at a uniform company and in fast food, where he gained a great appreciation for being a part of a team. A long-time friend contacted him about the opportunity at Ayers, knowing it would be a great fit for Ayinde's competitive spirit. He thrives on hard, fulfilling work and is passionate about serving others in need.

Living in Lansing, Michigan, with his wife and their daughter, Ayinde enjoys music, television, spending time outdoors, and building things. He believes that Ayers has strengthened his perseverance, transitioning his mindset from “maybe I can” to “watch this!” he feels thankful to be part of the Ayers team.
