Before joining Ayers, Chelsea worked in customer service and healthcare roles. After experiencing foundation problems and mold in her home, she’s passionate about helping others avoid similar issues.

In her free time, Chelsea enjoys outdoor activities like camping, kayaking, and grilling with her boyfriend, their three children, and their dog. They live in Mason, MI, and during the colder months, the family focuses on all things football.
