With over 20 years of experience in customer care, Alicia brings a passion for helping people to her role at Ayers. Before joining the team, she worked for a family-owned business, shaping her belief in creating personable experiences. Alicia is driven by the opportunity to make a difference in someone's day and does so daily in her role at Ayers.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and their two Old English Sheepdog puppies. Whether hiking, traveling, or seeking new adventures, she loves exploring unfamiliar places with her family.
