Mitch brings a wealth of experience to Ayers, with a background in General Contracting, Development, Real Estate, and Financial Planning spanning several decades. Originally from Davison, MI, Mitch’s journey into construction and property began under the guidance of his father, a real estate broker and developer.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mitch is a devoted father to three sons, all active in sports. His household is always alive with the energy of football, wrestling, basketball, and golf. In his free time, Mitch enjoys family bonding over video games or hitting the slopes at Nub’s Nob during the winter months.
