Before joining Ayers, Kyle taught high school for four years. He then spent several years in sales and recruiting roles, including Verizon and West MI Works positions. His diverse background brings a well-rounded perspective to his role here.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys staying active by playing softball, volleyball, and ice hockey. He also loves spending time outdoors with his wife and their three dogs, taking hikes and road trips around the country, and, most recently, learning to fly airplanes.
