His career has spanned finance, accounting, marketing, and franchising, including 14 years with an American franchised moving company. His passion for supporting customers and employees led him to Ayers, where he feels connected to the company’s commitment to employee well-being and work-life integration.

James lives in Webberville, Michigan, with his wife Bobbie, their two children, a cat named Georgia, and a dog named Gracie. When he’s not working, you’ll find him mountain biking, supporting MiSCA (a kids’ biking and racing organization), playing guitar, running marathons, golfing, or creating art.
