After graduating from Ferris State University, Tyler spent seven years at a gas and electric company, producing videos, live events, and employee broadcasts for internal and external communication. He joined Ayers because the culture and opportunity to tell the company's story resonated with him.

Tyler lives in Farmington Hills, Michigan, with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys building computers, playing video games, visiting parks with his family, and watching movies.
