Since joining Ayers in 2014, Mike has found his passion in helping homeowners during their time of need while guiding and training newer team members to understand the huge impact of repairing basement, crawl space, and foundation issues. Before Ayers, Mike built a diverse skill set in customer service and construction, which equipped him to handle the unique challenges of home repair and improvement.

An Eaton Rapids, Michigan resident, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two kids, and their two dogs. His favorite activities include hunting, fishing, camping, and trail riding.
