Sales Process
Dawn was very upfront and honest about the foundational issues. My foundation could have been worse but it was a hot mess when I found the root to my basement problems. Very thorough in consultation of what to get done and what I was comfortable paying for.

Very professional and did a very nice job
The Cleanup Process
The only negative was I had to figure out how to put back into place a very heavy concrete sink. I could have called and asked for help once the concrete settled since the crew found a way to move it. That was only thing that made me not put a 5 rating.
