This could have been a very overwhelming project, but it was not at all. Everything was very well handled and coordinated.
Very thorough to address ALL waterproofing needs and prepared itemized project quote. Very reasonably priced for everything being addressed.
Hard workers and polite! It was clear they all took a lot of pride in their work and walked me through what they were going to do each day and what was completed.
Asked to have Washer/dryer repositioned to have access, said would do, but not done. Not a big deal - all else was well done!
What made you choose our company:
We looked at 3 different companies to waterproof our basement but 2 contractor quotes only addressed one general issue (waterproofing/sealing the walls) and nothing else. Ayers (3rd quote) was very thorough looking at our basement and addressed ALL existing water issues (walls, hydrostatic pressure corner, failed drain tile, old windows, sealing old well house, and install dehumidifier system) for about the same (or much less!) than the others quoted to address only 1 issue. Nate was very responsive to questions and updates and the workers completed a LOT in the scheduled 2 days despite some challenges. Very pleased with Ayers team, their communication, service, and work. They are going to be our go-to basement people here on out. THANK YOU!!!
