Comment: We have water seeping through the cracks in our basement floor
Project Location: Mattawan, MI 49071
Comment: We have an approximately 1400 square foot ranch. The basement was partially finished with carpet. When built, a sump pit was installed in the basement with drain tiles draining into the sump. The sump pit was always dry, with no sump pump installed. The water table has risen so much we have water coming in through cracks in the basement floor and the drain tiles are draining water continuously. Also my NEW sump pump, installed last Thursday, is cycling approximately every 30 seconds. All the carpet has been removed and it appears the water has not damaged any of the dry wall. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
