Comment: We bought a home with a partially finished basement. There is approximately 500-700 square feet of unfinished storage. We want to cover that storage area flooring and have a small workout room in there and some storage space. We were going to epoxy it but the Thetmal Dry Flooring sounds better. The house is brand new. It has never been lived in. It is 1650 approximately square feet on the main floor (ranch home) and about 1000-1200 finished lower level. Would you give us an estimate.

Comment: We have two bedrooms 168 and 121 square feet respectively, in our lower level of our split level ranch. The lower level rooms are on a cement slab. The rooms are dry and no mold but are cool in the summer and cooler in the winter. We have hydronic radiant heat in the ceilings of these rooms which we feel is "fighting" a losing battle with the cold "heat sink" of the cement slab floor. We have carpet and pad on the floors; but feel a thermal break will enhance the comfort of the rooms and aid in the efficiency of the hydronic radiant heat in the ceilings. What are your thoughts? How thick is this tile product? Is it suitable for pad and carpet as a finish treatment?

Comment: Would like an estimate on basement cleanup of mildew from prior water damage. Also would like to see what it would cost to fix the leaks in the concrete block walls.
