Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his production team began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which is designed to collect water seepage from basement walls and prevent any mud or water clogs. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the space was neat and clean. A homeowner in Spring Valley, MN, noticed water stains on their basement floor. Unsure where the water was coming from, the homeowner wanted an expert to inspect their basement. After asking their neighborhood Facebook group, the homeowner saw several members recommended working with us. The homeowner went to our website to inspect the work we do and they were impressed with our services. Since they were already on the website, they signed up for their FREE estimate.
