Our production team easily replaced the old sump pump with our SuperSump and battery backup. Connie has had a dry basement ever since, and she is glad she gave us a call! 

Jennifer E. in Rochester, MN had water leaking into her basement. Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed a SuperSump sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, so Jennifer has peace of mind that she chose the right solution to protect her basement for the long-term.

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his production crew removed the concrete around the perimeter of the basement to make a trench for the 160 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner, and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls. Lastly, they filled back the gaps with rock, replaced the concrete, and cleaned up their work area. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard to the TripleSafe, and from there, it is expelled from the home. Ellen is thrilled with the results, and glad she made the investment to protect her home!

This wall anchor system permanently stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the compacted soil, enabling the wall to straighten back to its natural position.
