Groundwater was leaking through Sandie K.'s basement carpet, causing her to worry about the value of her home and property damage. One of our Design Specialists went to her home, inspected the problems, and proposed the solution of our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Sandie was confident in the product and its warranty, so she went ahead with the repairs and scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor with a jackhammer, forming a round hole. In the hole, our team installed our sump basket, followed by the pumps and battery back-up. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, ensuring the basement was cleaner than when they found it.

A customer from Farmington, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice that their downstairs block window well was beginning to show signs of failing. They fear that if they left the issue alone, they would run the risk of severely compromising the structural integrity of the retaining wall, which would cause the basement to be inescapable in case of emergency. When they called in, we set them up with our FREE estimate, entitling them to a free, no-obligation estimate by one of our Design Specialists. Once the appointment was set, one of our Design Specialists, Josh, headed out to the property to assess the damage. Once he completed his walkthrough, he was able to make his recommendations. He told the homeowner that her best bet would be to let our crews install a RockWell window well. Josh explained that this well offers an attractive alternative to ugly window wells while providing safe, code-compliant basement egress. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Gabriel, and his crew began the process by excavating around the already in-place window. Next, they installed the RockWell and secured it in place. Finally, they added a cover to keep leaves and debris out while allowing natural sunlight into the space. Once the job was done our customer was thrilled to know they could go back to using their basement without worries of it not being up to code! 

A homeowner from Saint Paul Park, MN, had just learned about the dangers of radon gas. While she admittedly knew very little about the gas, that didn't stop her from heading to her local home improvement store to purchase a radon gas test. After conducting the test at home, she was shocked when the levels in her home returned higher than normal. She quickly decided to find a radon specialist in MN. An in-line fan sucks radon-rich air from beneath your foundation and expels this hazardous air to the exterior. Instead of entering your basement or other living space area through numerous gaps and cracks in the foundation, radon gas is extracted from beneath your foundation before it can permeate into interior space. The homeowner was thrilled with Brad's solution and signed on the spot. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Dakota M, was able to effortlessly place the radon mitigation system. Now, our customer is thrilled to know the air circulating in her home was only the cleanest! 

Ms. Thompson contacted to address concerns that her interior foundation was beginning to crumble and water would pour through the cracks in the basement walls when it rained. Jeremy was able to point out that her foundation was bowing significantly and without the proper stabilization, her foundation walls were eventually going to collapse. Jeremy crafted a solution with our GEOLOCK wall anchor and WaterGuard basement waterproofing systems.  Combined, these two patented solutions will prevent any further water damage and permanently stabilize and straighten the foundation walls of her Waseca, MN home.
