Sliding and Leaking Moose Lake, MN Foundation Gets Support From GeoLock® and CarbonArmor®
Homeowners in Moose Lake, MN were experiencing water issues due to cracking and shifting in their home's basement. They saw our ad on local television and contacted us looking for a permanent solution.
Rich Johnsen, a Design Specialist at DBS, visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate for our Waterproofing and Wall Support services. It was determined that a GeoLock® Wall Anchor System, as well as a CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing System, would be installed to support the sliding foundation blocks.
This install was completed by DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his crew. The team even excavated a small part of an outer wall in order to complete the GeoLock® install, using Sentry Seal Membrane for extra waterproofing.
The homeowners were happy with the work done and were especially complimentary of Zach and his production team.
WaterGuard® Solution to Pooling Water in Superior, WI Basement
These Superior homeowners reached out to DBS after seeing our trucks parked at a different job site. They had been having issues with water pooling in their basement and wanted a permanent solution to the problem. Design Specialist Rich Johnsen provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Foreman Zach Royer and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump to keep water out of the basement for good. This home now has a clean, safe and dry basement to enjoy.
Iron Ochre Problem Fixed With WaterGuard® in Two Harbors, MN
These Two Harbors, MN homeowners reached out to DBS after having rusty water in their sump pump due to Iron Ochre building up over time.
Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate. The solution to their problem was to relocate the existing sump and replace it with our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump and WaterGuard® system along the perimeter of the basement. Foreman Zach Jorenby and his crew successfully installed the waterproofing system.

WaterGuard® and TripleSafe™ Installed for Water Pooling in Duluth, MN Basement
New homeowners of a 1960's Duluth home noticed water pooling in their basement. In search of a solution, they were referred to us by another local company and contacted us in search of a permanent solution.
DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for our waterproofing services. DBS Foreman Kevin Steffey and crew then installed a WaterGuard® system and poured a new concrete floor over a layer of aggregate material and dimple matting to assist in the proper flow of any moisture to the new drain system. The homeowners also had a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump installed as well as a SaniDry™ dehumidifier for ultra protection against moisture.
