Iron Ochre is a living organism with bacteria build-up that can damage drain systems, leading to corrosion and clogging.
It was determined that the basement would have a WaterGuard® System installed, specifically designed to process water with Iron Ochre present. The Foreman Kevin Steffey and crew also installed a TripleSafe® Sump Pump System for maximum efficiency and protection against future wetness.
