Facing the frustration of a leaking basement in Duluth, MN, a homeowner reached out to us for a dependable fix. Before, the laundry room was water's unwanted guest, disrupting daily life. Cue our intervention: We wrapped the area with CleanSpace® to seal off any moisture entry and installed WaterGuard® for superior drainage protection. In this Duluth, MN basement, DBS was called to help find a solution to leaking water. System Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home and found a quality solution for the problem. The installation crew with Forman Kevin Steffey installed a TripleSafe Sump as well as a WaterGuard drainage system. The homeowner now enjoys a dry, safe basement. 

This crawlspace has had small leaks for over twenty years. The homeowner reached out to DBS to find a permanent solution to this problem. System Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, was able to find a permanent solution by installing a WaterGuard© system and a TripleSafe© sump.  Foreman Casey Healy and his crew were able to install this waterproofing system and the homeowner was happy with the results! 

This homeowner noticed water seeping into their basement through the foundation on the floor. They called DBS to come out and give them a free, no-obligation estimate to fix the problem. System Design Specialist, Royce Bunn, was able to diagnose the problem and give solutions to fix it. Part of the solution was to install a WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement. This system allowed the water to drain properly into the new TripleSafe sump pump system. Foreman, Kevin Steffey, and his crew installed the WaterGuard system around the basement's perimeter walls. 

Here we installed our WaterGaurd waterproofing system around the perimeter of the basement. Then connected the system to a new TripleSafe sump pump.
