A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed the WaterGuard® drains around the interior perimeter of the basement. Along the drains are ports (pictured in the after photo) that allow the homeowner or one of our service technicians to clean out the drains periodically to ensure the system runs smoothly.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 2 helical piers underneath the home. Each pier was driven into the ground until it hit a layer of stable soil strong enough to support the weight of the home.

Waterproofing Solution for Cloquet, MN Basement
