This was our first major project on the home we bought a year ago and we were nervous about all of it. Everyone at DBS were so professional and kind. I truly felt taken care of every step of the way.

Rich was very helpful answering our questions, providing a model for the work with pricing & flexibility as we walked thru what work we wanted to have done. Also the crew doing the work were professional & hardworking. They welcomed my husbands input as he worked with them during the installation. Rich stopped by the first day of work too & you could tell there is a very good working relationship between the crew & sales office. We love the installation that your crew did and we are extremely satisfied with the results!

Dear Jeff, many thanks and much appreciation for your time and effort to complete this job, and answer any of our questions. All of the staff involved in this project have been professional and courteous. I am especially grateful for the graciousness in which DBS worked with us concerning the issue resulted from the confusion about the final discharge strategy. Please know that we have had some significant rainstorms (one that closed the highway!), and in each of these situations we, previously, would have had water seeping or even flooding into the basement- none of this occurred since your work in our basement, thank you so much!

Your guys did real well and everything looks good.   I checked the temp down there when it was 4 degrees outside it was 60 degrees in the crawl space and the furnace room. And the temp upstairs. Was 70.  So it’s all working out real well.   Right now I don’t have the money for the rest of it.  But I will let you know if I ever want the rest of it done.    Thank you very much for everything and the timely manor in which it was done .  If anyone asks me I will give them, you and your company my highest rating.  A plus

I wanted to thank your crew who did my job!  They were really courteous and extremely easy to work with. The job they did was fantastic.  I and my wife Kris are looking forward to having a dry/damp free lower level to enjoy without having to worry anymore about heavy rains etc.  I have almost gotten everything put back together since the work was done.  At age 65 it just doesn't seem to get done as fast though. I would highly recommend this company and CREW to anyone who asks. Thanks 

They guys do a fabulous job, and they stay on it until the job is done. If that means they need to get here at 5:00 am in the morning or stay till 10:00 pm at night, that is what they will do to get it done.  Nate and his partner, who came here the first time, were absolutely fabulous. They did a fantastic job. They were very kind and considerate and explained everything that they were doing. The second crew that came did well too, but they had a lot of work ahead of them. They were a great bunch of guys to work with and were very thorough. If I had any questions at all, they answered them to where I could understand and didn't make me feel dumb for asking.

Jason was very helpful in setting everything up. We felt heard and understood. Other companies wouldn't believe our take on the situation, but DBS heard us and it was confirmed when the job started. Thank you for listening and fixing our problem.

The installation crew and office staff were very polite. Tony was very thorough in his presentation. One of the reasons I hired you is other companies did not do attics and your crawlspace price was comparable to theirs. 

I did some research online to find a local company to address my sinking garage problem while also filling any voids under the garage floor with foam. DBS was quick to schedule a time for an estimate and provided a reasonable quote. I was expecting it to be expensive, and their price was within my range and lower than other quotes I received. It was a good experience overall. It was pleasant, professional, and fairly quick!

Excellent communication, quality work, very satisfied with everything. Tate and Bryce were patient, polite, and skilled at their work. Working with Jason was also a pleasant experience, he was always prompt in responding to my communications and took all the time needed to explain all aspects of the job to me. Pricing was fair and reasonable for the project, would highly recommend DBS to a friend or neighbor.

We appreciate the guys good work ethic, they were quick and excellent workers all throughout the cold weather!
