Not sure if this is the method or manner in which you wanted comments, but here goes. About 6/7 years ago I found a mold, mildew & rotten flooring in and under my house. We replaced joists and flooring in several places. We then re-insulated my ductwork and installed ventilation fans and covered the dirt with plastic. All good, we thought, WRONG! About a month or two ago we had issues with a drain and the guy that had laid the plastic went underneath to run a ‘snake’ through the pipe. He came out wet & told me that the insulation was dripping wet again. I then saw the friend that had replaced the ductwork insulation & installed the fans and told him of the situation. On Sunday, September 18, he texted that he would come by the next day. He also mentioned that a lady in our church had some sort of work done on an older house that had been renovated for a granddaughter. I called the ladies daughter & started telling her why I needed to talk to her mom. The daughter told me that she had been deeply involved with the work on the house. She sent me a picture with the MidSouth CrawlSpace Solutions information. That afternoon, Sunday, September 18, 2022, I went online, found your website & filled in some information about my problem. To my surprise I received a phone call from your office that asked me again about the situation underneath my house. After my repeated information, she asked if I could see a sales representative at noon that same day. At the appointed time, Corey Becker drove up and we began our visit. After a detailed description of your process, Corey went under the house and found the issues I was expecting. He showed me the photos he had taken of mold, mildew & water standing on the plastic. After more discussion, I signed the contract, made a down payment and waited. The person in the office that schedules the work and stated that a crew would be here on Monday, September 26th. Oh, I had asked for references of people that were previous customers and contacted them during the cancellation period & received complementary remarks!I looked all morning of the 26th for the crew & had about given up and thought, more empty promises. I then received a call from Cody Edwards stating that he & his crew were headed my way.About 11:00/11:15, a box van backed into my driveway. After introductions, Cody and his crew started unloading the van and the process began. After working until 5:30 or 6:00pm, they were back on the job at 7:15 on Tuesday morning, the job was completed about 6:30 that day. I was included in the discussion of where to run the sump pump drain, and several other things. Cody & Jim explained the operation of the sump pump & and the dehumidifier. Clean up was excellent and fast. I think that I would give a grade of A+ to Cody and his team. Of course we will have to wait on the long term results, but I expect that I will be please!A long story, but my experience. Oh, our house is 50 years old.
