Testimonials for Dayspring Restoration

On July 26, three days after my parents left for Italy, my room was flooded.  Being a project manager for Weaver Development, I knew to call Dayspring immediately.  At first it was overwhelming, but once Trevor showed up he reassured me that he could solve the situation and I was relieved.   Trevor did a fantastic job by the end of the day and I was completely confident that he would restore my room.  Overall I am extremely appreciative to the employee's of Dayspring, their workmanship, and friendliness.

Don was the lead carpenter for restoration done at our home in Missoula. We want to acknowledge his professional manner and courtesy. He was informed and very understanding during our time of need. His advice was valuable. He finished both the kitchen and basement as fast as the materials arrived. He was always available, in person or by phone. Please, tell Don that we appreciate his effort, and thanks to all for a job well done.

I went downstairs to check my laundry.  I was confronted with the results of a lateral sewer line being clogged.  The basement was awash in gray water.  The first call was to Bill Thomas to clear the clog.  The second call was to Dayspring.  I punched the number for an emergency, and was surprised when a human voice answered.  His name was Ian, and about a hour later Ian and another man came to the door.  I figured they would look around and come back on Monday.  No, they went to work right then.  A few hours later, Ian explained what had to be done, and a rough guess at the time lines.  They cleaned up a lot of debris that first day.Step by step, day after day, Dayspring personnel worked in my house.  I met and talked with them all.  Dayspring has a lot of knowledgeable people.  Finally, it was all done. Thanks to you all for helping me when I was in a big mess.Again, especially thanks to Ian.

I just want you to know how pleased we were with the service Dayspring provided during out recent water incident(s). Joe Mann and his crew were very prompt, professional and efficient and were sincerely interested in our problem.  They took care of things and cleaned up everything, leaving my husband and I to just "watch" the daily activities.  Caleb Beaudin was most professional and courteous and always available when I contacted him.I would most certainly recommend Dayspring to everyone.  And, of course, I hope we never have to call on your services again!!

I just wanted to write to tell you how wonderful it was to work with Trevor McLean.  From the moment he arrived on Wednesday, 17 February, to deal with the water problem in our basement, Trevor established his professionalism and expertise with calm, clear information about what the problems were and how he would proceed to fix the damage.  During his visits to our home, Trevor was always mindful of taking care with our flooring, furniture, and personal belongings.  He respected our privacy and focused only on the quick, efficient restoration of our basement.  I hope you will share this letter with Trevor and communicate our appreciation to him and the crew for working so diligently to restore our home.Thank you for your professional work.

Greg was very professional and always made it a point to keep us informed and up to speed on the various stages of the project which we really appreciated. Everyone was excellent. Thank you. This was a water loss due to a failed water heater.

We are now coming up on the year anniversary of our extensive apartment fire.  We want to take the time to thank you for your exceptional work on this job. While fire crews worked to extinguish the upper levels of the house, your crews were literally standing there on-site, with all the necessary equipment and materials, waiting for the moment that the Fire Department gave the "OK" to enter the house.  From the moment Dayspring first stepped into the house on the day of the fire until the time the keys were handed back over, we have been nothing but impressed. Being faced with the extensive damage of our fire was very overwhelming.  It was, at times, mentally and emotionally paralyzing.  Your calm, level-headed guidance, combined with blue ribbon skills and cutting edge restoration equipment, brought us peace and clarity amidst calamity. As you know, our losses were extensive and you had to work hard to rebuild our 1920's apartments.  Compounding the significant structural damage, were the limitations of our insurance coverage due to thousands of dollars in code upgrades required.  Dayspring used ingenuity and creativity to put our apartments back together.  The final result is that our restored apartments are much better, safer, and more beautiful than they were before the fire.Mark, to you and your wonderful crew, we want to praise you for your integrity and your compassion.  We are exceptionally fortunate to have had you on our side.  The challenges that this job presented:  the severity of the damage, the endless code upgrades, and the time-line to complete the work seemed insurmountable.  Thanks to you, this beautiful job was completed without going a penny over the budget.  Dayspring handled this complex project tenderly, tactfully, and professionally.  We want to thank you all for the top notch job done on this project and we wish you all the best of luck in the future.

We are writing to tell you how much we have appreciated the work that Greg Graham did for us in the renovation of our house. His workmanship and professionalism are among the best we have ever encountered in the construction industry, and he also helped us to advocate for proper workmanship from subcontractors and even contractors who were not your subcontractors. We could not have be more pleased with the carpentry work that Greg did on our house. In regard to carpentry work, he did two things exceptionally well. 1) Greg did a great job repairing and matching the old styles that defined the character of our home. He helped us maintain the character of our home in the style of the era in which it was built. We did not want it to look like a new house, but to maintain its old character. For example, he built and rebuilt several arches that matched others in the house and they are simply beautiful. He also matched or sometimes required old woodwork such as trim. 2) Greg also did a great job with new carpentry. The house is well built and professionally finished. The paneling in the basement and the closet shelves show a great attention to detail. We are very happy in our home for this reason, and we have also had several people comment on the quality of the work. In terms of oversight, Greg did a great job providing direction to other professionals working on the house, rebuilding our built-in bookshelves for example. We would like to add, that we never had to do any cleanup after Greg was done working. The other thing that Greg did that was very important to us, is he always put the customer first. Greg is exceptionally polite. He always took the time to answer any questions or concerns that we had, and to make sure we knew the different options we had. If we had questions or concerns, he addressed them in a professional way. Greg's demeanor made a long and stressful situation less stressful for us.Greg did this not only in his own work, but in regards to the work of others as well. Even though it was not part of his job, Greg advocated for us with other contractors. In working with outside contractors, again he made what was a stressful situation less stressful and help us recognize that we could get a positive response in the end. As you know, we had some serious issues with a contractor. Greg made it a point to be at those meetings we had when we tried to fix the problems, and he provided good professional advice to us, and would not let the other contractor fool us with falsehoods when they tried to tell us why they could not do their work the way they had told us they would. Greg's help in this regard was extremely valuable to us.We would recommend Greg's work to anyone who wants quality professional carpentry done by someone who is a craftsman and who makes sure that the customer is satisfied with the job.

You recently did a water damage restoration for us and we wanted to email our thanks.  This was a new experience for us and we had no idea where to even start. Your employees were very helpful.  Trevor and Marcos were very quick and efficient when they came and did the emergency cleanup.  Lisa Dickson was very informative in letting us know exactly what to expect through the whole process. Trevor Ware was our project supervisor and was great about getting back to us when we would contact him with questions.   Matt Durbin did most of the construction repair work.  He did everything from the replacing sub-flooring, cutting out and replacing drywall, texturing, and repainting and probably many things we don't even realize.  We were very impressed with his knowledge and his work.  He was very considerate of our family and the fact that we were still living in the house he was repairing.  He is a huge asset to Dayspring!  All the people that we have had contact with have been extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for making this stressful process a little easier.

Just a note to express our deep appreciation for the job that your company and staff did for our flooded home.  Many impressive acts were accomplished by your team, but professionalism was their common denominator.Last names are not used much by your team.  They prefer a more cordial and informal means of identification that puts the homeowner at ease, but makes kudos difficult.Ryan, the Project Manager, rallied his troops quickly and the cavalry arrived very shortly after the incident.  Damage was assessed and a game plan quickly followed.  A sense of urgency was present in both Ryan and his entire team.  Courtesy, honest concern, and ability to take on the task was evident from the first moments of their arrival.  I did not get the name of the gentleman who did the wallboard repair after two holes had to be punched in closets.  He is an artisan!  Though I never saw where the 2nd hole was, I had first hand knowledge of the 1st, and I defy anyone to find it now that his work is done.  It is a perfect job, and reflects great credit upon him.  The 2nd hole likewise is undetectable.  I am truly sorry I didn't get his name, as he truly deserves recognition. This brings us to Joe, Trevor, and Ian.  Our heroes!  This was the back bone, the nuts and bolts, the "we will make this happen" of the operation.  Their personalities, consideration, and kindness were flowing beacon in what was for us a train wreck.  We are very private people, and normally reject any strangers in our home, but these three gentlemen (I do not use the word loosely) immediately put us at ease, took control of one thousand and one issues simultaneously, and made what could have been an exercise in frustration and heartache into a smooth, well functioning, restoration job.  I cannot express our deep appreciation and thanks for these three men.  I hope that you will watch each of them and know that this is the coming future of your company.  They are naturals at what they do, and interface with the client in a way that is not learned, but is in-born.  Truly modern day "3 Musketeers" when folks are in distress.Mr Springer, you have every right to be extremely proud of your Company, and your personnel that we met.  With my occupation, I meet many people, and please rest assured your praises, and the praises of your team, will be sung long and loud.  In all of my 57 years, 36 as a homeowner, I have never been as impressed with a contract team as I was with the people that Ryan brought into our lives.  They truly touched us, and our home, in a very positive way. Many, many kudo's to you, your company, and your team.  It was an honor to meet each and everyone.Deepest respect and gratitude.

Last Saturday morning my house and family was awakened to water spraying into our family room. We had an unexpected flood to add to the unexpected drop in temperature.  Not our favorite way to celebrate the University of Montana Homecoming celebration. In the process, we called your company and needed emergency assistance. At 2:00 in the afternoon your employee arrived. Ian very professionally introduced himself and began the process of extracting water from our home.  Ian was an absolute professional hero to us.  He cleaned our home far better than we expected and kept us well informed about what the process was as he went about his day.  Ian gave up his Saturday and didn't even hint that he was "put out" or bothered by serving us through cleaning. Should we ever need restoration services again, we will call Dayspring and hope that Ian is involved in the process.  You can be proud to have him representing your company to the public.
