Homeowner Janet S. of Overland Park, KS was growing worried about the front porch. It was starting to settle and break away from the home. After doing research on Kansas City concrete repair options, she came across Thrasher. She read about our processes and the great customer interactions, so decided to give us a call.
System Design Specialist Bobby Bartow went out to Janet’s home and upon inspection recommended using PolyLevel. The crew was able to inject the PolyLevel foam into the concrete and raise it back up to the original height. Janet was extremely pleased with how this looked with her home.
These homeowners had a front step that they thought did not look as good as it could. They wanted it to be fixed, so they could stop worrying about it looking bad, and for the safety of their guests. They called Thrasher and System Design Specialist, Jimmy Hungerford, came out to meet with them. After the inspection, Jimmy proposed we use PolyLevel to lift and level the steps back into place, and NexusPro to fill in the cracks. Melodie H. recently purchased this home in Overland Park, KS and wanted to repair the concrete before it was to get any worse with time. With the summer season approaching quickly, she wanted all the concrete surrounding the pool repaired and fully functional. She gave Thrasher a call and we came out to inspect the problematic areas.
System Design Specialist Lukas Popp arrived at the Overland Park home and presented to Melodie our concrete repair solutions. She opted to have us install our 3-part protection system that consists of leveling, sealing, and protection. PolyLevel is injected first beneath the concrete to lift and level it, permanently. NexusPro sealer was then applied to seal all cracks and control joints to prevent any water from seeping through in the future. Lastly, SealantPro was sprayed to cover the surface and protect it from any stains and deterioration.
Melodie was thrilled with the appearance and effectiveness of our 3-part Concrete Protection System. David B. in Overland Park, KS was struggling with his concrete. He previously had the area mudjacked but found this was not working. First, we leveled the concrete with PolyLevel, which a foam that is injected into the concrete. Then we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water from creating future voids. Then we put a protective layer over all the concrete
Homeowner Jian J. in Overland Park, KS has been struggling with his driveway concrete. He started to notice the problems about 4 years ago and had the area mudjacked, but the solution didn’t last. Wanting to maintain his home’s value, he called Thrasher to learn about concrete lifting solutions.
We sent System Design Specialist, Tom Studer out to Jian’s home. Upon inspection of the driveway, Tom identified that the settling was occurring due to poor fill soil and the weight of the previous mudjacking. The crew was able to raise the driveway slab with PolyLevel. Then used NexusPro to seal the joints and cracks to prevent further water penetration. Then we also buried a few of the downspouts to direct the water away from the driveway. Jian was completely impressed with the crew’s professionalism and the final look of the driveway
