Homeowner, Louise E. in Spirit Lake, IA, noticed her concrete issues were getting worse and wanted to avoid having to do a total replacement.
We sent System Design Specialist, Jordan, to the home to provide a free, same-day estimate. We provided our full concrete protection system, including lifting and leveling the concrete with Polylevel. Our system provided additional protection to help her concrete last.
Horn Memorial Hospital reached out to us because they had several tripping hazards on the curb and sidewalk. To prevent anyone from getting hurt entering or exiting their clinic, they knew they had to fix it.
Corey Little visited the clinic to inspect and provide the best solution. He found the concrete on the sidewalk and curb were dropping, creating some toe catchers. The joints were unsealed and there was problematic soil beneath the concrete which contributes to these problems.
To fix, our install team used PolyLevel to lift these sunken slabs. We then went in and caulked up our fix areas with NexusPro to make sure any moisture won't enter through the joints.
The job came out fantastic and the hospital can now feel better nobody will get injured walking in and out of the building.
Homeowner John B. wanted to repair a portion of his driveway so their son could park there safely. They did not like him having to park his vehicle on damaged concrete.
System Design Specialist Thomas visited the home to provide a free inspection and same-day estimate. We lifted the concrete using PolyLevel and sealed all the cracks using Nexus Pro to prevent moisture from getting below the driveway. We added Compression Guard to protect the concrete from street creep and further damage.
This homeowner's garage door was having difficulties closing all the way and she needed a solution so could stop worrying about water getting in the garage. The garage had settled and created a large gap between the floor and the garage. Our team used piers to lift the slab and used PolyLevel expanding foam to stabilize it.
This homeowner noticed that her patio was no sitting quite right because her supports were just dangling from the roof. She has used our services previously for a driveway concrete repair, so she decided to give us a call and see what we could do for her patio.
We sent System Design Specialist Mike Schmidt to inspect the concrete patio and determine what was causing the supports to no longer attach to the patio, as well as how to fix this problem for the homeowner. Mike found that the supports were detached because the concrete had settled quite a bit. After discussing the problem with the homeowner, Mike came up with a plan to lift and stabilize the concrete patio for the homeowner, so they scheduled an installation appointment. Our installation team used PolyLevel foam to lift, level, and stabilize the patio so that the posts would be secured in their place.
The homeowner was very happy with the results and she is glad that her patio is fixed now. Check out the homeowner's newly restored patio!
