A homeowner in Independence, MO noticed a water issue in her basement. It was coming through the walls and along the base of the walls as well. She was worried about the problem getting worse and was frustrated because it was a finished basement.
We were able to suggest and solution that she was happy to move forward with. The paneling had to be removed and the carpet pulled back before we were able to start the project. We installed a perimeter waterproofing system called Waterguard. We also installed a vapor barrier system called CleanSpace. Lastly, we installed a sump pump to prevent future water problems. The customer was very pleased with the outcome of the project.

This customer's driveway was a very large pour of concrete that was sitting in incompetent soil. We used helical piers to stabilize the stoop and catch it from falling forward and causing bigger issues with the home. Then, we used our polymer foam to lift the driveway and make everything as level as possible. Finally, we added our NexusPro caulking in all the joints and cracks to keep water from penetrating beneath the surface.
